There was some free food at the Farmers Market today, thanks to Not Your Average Joe’s restaurant. I was happy and surprised to see NYAJ’s at the Farmers Market today as tons of folks scooped up their free salad sampler of local tomato, arugula, mozzarella and balsamic syrup [awesome!]…and wait, wait….free strawberry, blueberry whipped cream sampler puff [...]

Arrowhead Farm sent out this message…their cows were loose this morning and wandering in the peach orchard! Buckets of grain brought them back. Whew!!

After posting about Australian ’carbon positive’ beef methods [ie, growing it seqesters more carbon than it adds to the atmosphere] the folks at one local farm sent along this comment:
